What I do
- Recovery from HDD/SSD/SD/USB with disk imaging — always on a copy, never the original
- Synology/QNAP NAS with degraded RAID or failed controller
- Smartphone/tablet that won’t power on
- First response: what NOT to do, diagnosis and verdict within 24–48h
- Return on a new encrypted drive + a backup so it doesn’t happen again

- Component-level diagnostics and repair (infrared SMD microsoldering)
- Motherboard repair, full device reconditioning

- Custom workstation assembly (labour) — from CHF 200 + parts

What I do
- iPhone/Samsung/Android screen replacement with reconditioning
- Board-level repair: SMD microsoldering on charging, audio, backlight ICs
- Data recovery from a dead or liquid-damaged phone before replacement
- Full reconditioning (battery, back glass, ports) for resale or reuse
- B2B fleet repair/reconditioning contract by volume
What it costs
- iPhone/Android screen replacement — CHF 90–280 by model
- Battery replacement — CHF 60–110
- Liquid damage / board cleaning — CHF 80–150
- Component-level repair (microsoldering) — CHF 150–350, on quote
- Diagnosis — CHF 0 if you proceed, CHF 30 if returned

- LAN / WLAN mesh setup and optimisation, separate guest network
- NAS storage (Synology/QNAP) with RAID redundancy, network printers
- Data cabling: conduits, cable pulling, RJ45 sockets, patch panels
- Rack/network cabinet assembly and cable management

- Small-office data cabling (up to ~8 points) — CHF 1’200–3’000 (materials excl.)
The legal boundary (CH)
Data cabling and racks are low-voltage, outside the ESTI/OIBT regime → I do them myself. High-voltage electrical work requires an authorised electrician (NIV licence): I design and lay the data layer and coordinate with the electrician, but I do not carry out electrical installations.
What I do
Base setup of managed workstations and devices (Hexnode MDM): profiles, security policies, kiosk mode, app lifecycle.
What it costs

- MDM setup (small fleet) — from CHF 1’500
- MDM software licence (third-party subscription) — ~CHF 2–8/device/month, separate from my fee

Light — CHF 300–400/mo
- Everything in Basic, plus:
- Proactive maintenance (updates, cleanup, optimisation)
- Up to 4h/month of work included
- Response within 24 business hours
